Boy On The Rocks

Boy on the Rocks is a project initiated by Marnix, Tom and Jasja. All three of us study at the Pop Departement of the Conservatory of Amsterdam. Every last trimester you have two open slots to start a project or band. This was one of our projects of the last trimester of 2009/10.
We liked it so much that we decided to record the whole thing and our good friend Chris was kind enough to help us with that.
The name Boy on the Rocks is taken from a painting of Henri Rousseau. We chose the name because of our simple instrumentation and naive approach.
