About a week after Noisey premiered our video for Cut_‘s cover of “Papaoutai“, a couple of French blogs took it upon themselves to repost it. Night one: 3 blogs, night two: over a hundred blogs and newspapers. Since then the Kraftwerk-looking-video has gathered over 700 000 views on YouTube. Furthermore, it has been on television in France and Holland, made in to the French top 100 charts and brought the band a couple of live gigs on Dutch radio. Not to mention that the artist who made the original, Stromae himself, shared it on Facebook!

The question on people’s mind is: who is CUT_? In hopes of showing you this, we decided to make another video. A private live-set containing a track from their upcoming EP mixed into an improvised set. As always the brilliant visuals are performed by Hidde de Jong and the video is made by yours truly music guide, Stillman.
