I’ve been following the career of Jelte Tuinstra, aka Jett Rebel, for a while now. I had a lot of hope for his previous band Metro Mortale. A trio with Marnix Dorrestein, Willem Wits and of course Jelte himself. When the band broke up about three years ago he has been popping up here and there in various cool projects.

However, this summer he was ready to present his solo project Jett Rebel in the form of an EP. And since then it has all gone up fast. It looks like he has been on 3fm radio every week! Mister Rebel has since released two music videos and is getting ready to bring out his first album. Exciting!

This is an early recording I made in Pakhuis Wilhelmina. If you have the chance to see him live, take it. I have a feeling that day will come soon!
